The packs are especially useful if your Joolz Geo is in duo or twin mode. With the place where the shopping basket belongs now occupied by your second baby, the side pack gives you a convenient way to carry extra toys or groceries. Need even more space? You can add a second side pack to the other side of the pushchair! Unclip the pack from the pushchair — it only takes a moment — and it transforms into a handy shopping bag you can wear over your shoulder.
Shipping
We deliver products Australia wide using a wide range of couriers. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia. Larger items, i.e. cots and furniture, are unique in size in terms of freight handling and delivery location. Due to this, prices need to be individually quoted. If purchasing multiple items, freight charges may be reduced depending on individual circumstances. Please email to us, any queries regarding multiple items, so that a correct freight charge can be quoted. If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified within two days, and given an expected date of arrival or a full refund. Please take note: when ordering furniture, delivery times may take up to twelve weeks depending on supplier availability.
Warranty
These are in addition to statutory warranties which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranty periods are as stated for each individual item. A manufacturer’s warranty begins from the date of invoice, not the date of first use. If you make a claim under a Manufacturer’s warranty, you must pay for the cost of returning the product to The Baby Gallery and for the cost of having it delivered to you after repair, exchange or refund (as the case may be). Other Manufacturer warranty details are as stated for each individual item.
