Larger items, i.e. cots and furniture, are unique in size in terms of freight handling and delivery location. Due to this, prices need to be individually quoted. If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified within two days, and given an expected date of arrival or a full refund. Warranty

If you make a claim under a Manufacturer’s warranty, you must pay for the cost of returning the product to The Baby Gallery and for the cost of having it delivered to you after repair, exchange or refund (as the case may be).
